Oluwaseyi Tinubu was born in 1986, in Lagos, Nigeria. His father, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is a well-known politician and former Governor of Lagos State. His mother, Oluremi Tinubu, is also a politician and served as the First Lady of Lagos State, Senator in the Nigerian National Assembly, and as Nigeria’s First Lady.

For his years of basic education and schooling, Oluwaseyi Tinubu attended St. Saviour’s School, Lagos, for his primary education, and later went to King’s College, Lagos, for his secondary education.

Seyi Tinubu later went to the University of Buckingham, England, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law. He later earned a Master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London. He also obtained a Master’s degree certificate from London School of Economics.

After graduation, he returned to Nigeria to serve on various company boards while establishing his own business–Loatsad Promomedia, an outdoor advertising firm. Since then he has grown his worth and popularity in Nigeria in business, connection, and politics. Particularly, he has been his father’s right hand man, and contributed immensely in the success of his father’s electoral campaign for Nigeria’s presidential seat.

Seyi Tinubu is married to a Lebanese-Nigerian: Layal Holm, a half-Lebanese and half-Nigerian woman, who owns a children’s toy shop called Tots Toys. Together, they co-founded the Noella Foundation. Noella is named after Seyi Tinubu’s deceased sibling. The couple have two children.

In terms of Seyi Tinubu’s business acumen, as the CEO of Loatsad Promomedia, Seyi is a billboard tycoon who has overseen over 1000 completed advertising transactions, representing billions in transaction value. He has also worked with various popular and big Nigerian multinationals.
